Privacy Policy
We are grateful for the trust you place in our parish. This page explains, in plain language, how we handle the information you share with us.
Last updated: June 2026
Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and the details you submit through our forms — parish and family registration, prayer requests, Mass intentions, newsletter signup, volunteer interest, sacrament and certificate requests, and the contact form.
We do not ask for information we don't need to serve you.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your requests, to administer the life and ministries of the parish, and to send you the communications you asked to receive.
We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
Sharing
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run this website and its features — for example, Vanco, which securely processes our online giving.
Some pages include embedded content from YouTube and Facebook so you can watch our Masses and follow parish news. These services are governed by their own privacy policies.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies minimally. Embedded content from YouTube and Facebook may set their own cookies when you view it, according to their policies.
If you sign up to receive our newsletter or other communications, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in any email we send.
Data retention & your choices
We keep records for as long as needed for parish and sacramental purposes, since baptism, marriage, and other records are part of the lasting life of the Church.
You may contact the parish office at any time to review, correct, or remove your information.
Photographs & video at Mass and parish events
We regularly take photographs and video during Masses, sacraments, faith formation, ministries, fellowship, festivals, processions, and other parish activities and events. These images capture the life of our faith community and may include parishioners, visitors, volunteers, and children.
By attending or taking part in these public Masses, activities, and events, you acknowledge that photographs or video may be taken that include your image — or that of family members in your care, including minor children — and that the parish may use them.
We may use parish photographs and video for non-commercial purposes that support the mission of the parish, such as our website, parish social media (for example, Facebook and YouTube), bulletins, newsletters, displays, and other parish or diocesan communications. We never sell photographs, and we do not publish a child's full name alongside their image without the consent of a parent or guardian.
If you — or, for a minor, the child's parent or legal guardian — would prefer not to be photographed, or do not want a particular image used or published, simply let the photographer or a staff member know at the event, or contact the parish office. We will make every reasonable effort to honor your request and to promptly remove from our website any image you ask us to take down.
Children
When children take part in faith formation and parish programs, their information is provided by their parents or guardians, who remain in care of their children's participation.
Questions
If you have any questions about this policy or your information, please reach out to the parish office — we are happy to help.
